Hi there. Thanks for joining us today. We are so happy you are here!

On to this week’s challenge:

Share a place where you go to find inspiration (museum, park, coffee shop, etc.). Why does it inspire you?

Anyone who knows me already know the answer to this: the water. Specifically the ocean. I am a Type A personality and there are many times I need to find calm in order to be inspired. Nothing is more relaxing, and actually reassuring, than watching the waves ebb and flow. There is a whole world beneath there I cannot see, but it sparks my imagination. The water has been here since long before I was and will be here long after, so the idea of time travel seems actually feasible. The timeless ocean has seen it all.

Knowing that I stand with my toes in the sand, at the same place where many others through the years have stood, watching, is like plugging into eternity. And the repetitive sound soothes, as if to say, you don’t need to do anything but experience this.

Another inspiring thing about being on the shore is knowing the sea has seen it all and goes about its business answering only to the pull from the moon above it. Inspiration and comfort.

Now let’s hop over to the wonderful Jenna DaSie and find out about where she finds her inspiration.
